How a week plays

    Plan

    Tap machines and the plant dock: maintenance, cleaning, spares, sensors, projects.

    Play the week

    Watch bottles flow, machines jam and technicians run. About a minute a week.

    Read the result

    OEE, delivery, profit and the biggest losses, with a tip from your plant director.

  4. 04

    Get graded

    After twelve weeks: a score out of 1,000, your grade and what your decisions taught.
